A Marketing Associate will be hired by Market Entry on behalf of the University. This executive will operate from Market Entry’s Head office and will be responsible to carry out duties mentioned below and report on regular basis
directly to the University.

Work Profile of Marketing Executive:
Establish and manage a qualified agent network in Countries mentioned under the contract
Training agents on University highlights , academic requirements, application procedures
Presentations at select High Schools & College s in local region
Participate in Education Fairs and meet potential students
Pre -evaluate applications for general eligibility and document appropriateness
Follow up with potential applicants and assist them in application process
Helping students to reach a decision about choosing the University for Visa
Visa Interview preparation for the student – financial guidance and interview prep
Pre -departure orientation and briefing
The Marketing Executive will be stationed at Market Entry’s Head Office and will have access to a personal cabin, a conference room and all the office technology requirements. This will be provided by Market Entry on behalf of the University.
Branding & Promotion (Guidance by Career Mosaic):
Branding services include developing and executing strategy for attracting qualified student s to apply to the University. As the student community in South Asia is very diverse, no single channel of communication can yield desired results. This necessitates use of multiple platforms of communication to reach the students who are interested in studying abroad. The University’s goal of international student recruitment and budget for the same will be kept in mind when developing a branding and promotional campaign.
Geographical Locations served:
India and Indian Sub -continent (India, Sri -Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, UAE)
The Fee of all the above included would be $ US 2500 per month. The contract will be initially for a period of 3 years. Travel expenses of the Marketing Associate and any promotional expenses will have to be paid on actual by the University and will only be executed on the approval of the University.
